I was a daily reader until this terrible update. Now the date is always wrong, it shows tomorrow instead of today, and the font is way too small and you cant make it any bigger! Please revert back to the previous version or address these issues ASAP!

Terrible update! Very disappointed, I thought an update would improve things although this app needed no update. I have used it for years. I want the old version back. Date is wrong, continual notification, font too small, background is blah compared to previous setting. Very frustrating, used to be a very peaceful , rewarding start to my day. Please put it back!

The last update has ruined this app for me. The print is SO small and enlarging is useless. It is also off by a day in highlighting current reading for the day. I want my old app back.

Thanks for listening to the reviewers and fixing a very bad update-- it really was a backwards move. Font is better, but missing the calming design from before. Thanks for fixing the date, however the reminder still wont clear.... I dont want to uninstall and reinstall as I lose all my notes... Ive done what you suggested.... Can you please fix sooner than later? Overall better, but still not back to where you started when you messed with a perfectly good app.

I really enjoy using this app on a daily basis. This devotion gives me a lot of life and hope throughout my day. Please keep this movement alive. There are few things in yeah I would love to see updated: - Add sharing option for devotions - Remove horizontal movement when scrolling down a devotion - Add highlighting option for text in devotions - Provide option to Sync daily reminder with Reminder app Thank you!

They really listened to the users after that last update. It wasnt great but this is fantastic. Nice job.

Loved this app until the update. Now the date is wrong and the font is so small I can barely read it. If I enlarge it on my iPad screen it wont let you move across the page so it is impossible to read because you can only see part of it. Loved the set up and ease of use prior to this update, but wont likely use it now until this is fixed. Its a shame. It was one of my "go to" apps. **Update** - Although they have corrected many of the issues resulting from the last update, the app is far from being as good as it was. For instance you can no longer share the daily devotional or copy and paste. I often find things in the devotional that would encourage others and like to email or text it to them, or post it on my FB page. That is no longer an option. Im guessing it has to do with copywrite but it is just one more thing that ruined this app for me. **Update Again** - Thanks for listening to your customers. The latest update brought back an easy to read text size and format and best of all you can once again copy, paste and share!

Great content...the daily reminders and communications are very good! However I am very disappointed with the lack of being able to share. The app sellers seems much to concerned about app revenue and not allowing users to share a "good reading". Simple business will prove it will be more successful if you allow people to share a daily reading with someone without them having to first buy the app. Max 300 characters? seriously...saying it is a copyright concern is an honest cop-out. Im sure we can be more generous?? Please find a way to make this work. Right now I am embarrassed to forward a reading to someone...and I dont plan on "gifting" it to everyone I think of when I feel I need to share the excerpt. Fix this and its 5 star 100%!! I really appreciate the encouragement I gain by reading this every day and I am sure many more people will too!

Thanks for the app! My daughter took my Jesus Calling book, so now I have downloaded the app so I can carry it with me where ever I go. One thing I miss is being able to highlight and underline the text. Could you add these functionalities to the app, along with the copy and paste?

It is almost impossible to use the notes page. Whenever I paste something to the page the keyboard will not go away and much of my notes are hidden behind it. Ive lost notes I made previously. It is also difficult to go back to read my notes from another day. I hope this will be fixed soon. So far, this has not been an improvement over the original version.

While a big improvement over previous revision, the app is still very frustrating. Copy and paste feature is just terrible. Im reducing my score from 5 stars for your original, user-friendly version (that could actually be shared with those who need to hear Jesus Calling) to 1 star. Please go back to your original features! My review after latest revision: I love this devotional and have been a long time reader. Thank you for listening to your readers and making improvements over your big revision (which was a dramatic fail). However, the copy and paste of limited characters is so frustrating and doesnt even work well. I have to try to choose 300 characters and copy and paste to my study sheet, after a few guesses on the 300 characters the whole app freezes and I have to close it and re-open it again. By the time I have tried this a few times, Ive lost the inspiration. Please allow your readers who have purchased this app the freedom to copy and paste. Again, youre trying to fix something that wasnt broken! God bless!

Ive had this app for 2 plus yrs. I purchased it for two friends and they were not able to retrieve the gift. Id like to ask for a refund please. In addition, the copy and paste feature is restricting. The share feature sends a link to buy the app. When scrolling to the bottom of each devo, the boarders will cover the last few words. I thought the version from 2 yrs ago was perfect the way it was. Simple, shareable, and clean looking.

I do not like the new copy and paste feature or the sharing feature. I used to share with family every morning and it was our devotional. Now it leads back to the app. Leading me to believe they only want more people to buy the app. I can not copy and paste because the new version has limited characters. Please fix this back to the was it was , so it can be shared ... Then maybe they will buy the app!!!!! Morning devotions are not the same!

I am still having problems with the devotional being slow to load each time I open it and locking up on the iPad 2. I tried to mark a reading as a favorite and it has locked up. Eventually after exiting out and coming back later I will be able to move around in it again. I have had it locked up when trying to view previous readings. Very frustrating but I really like the devotionals. I seem to have less problems with my iPhone but I prefer reading on my iPad. I would just read the book if it had the scriptures all printed out.

I am having trouble understanding why your people cannot fix this app. We paid for it and it worked fine. The copy and page feature since your first update is worthless. Every time I try to copy and pate, the app freezes up and I have to reboot my iPad. It is so frustrating. I just dont understand who you have working on these problems that everyone is having. It always was my first thing to read when I woke up in the morning, now I almost dread reading it because I know I am going to get upset just like everyday because it will freeze up on me. Do not buy this app until it is fixed

I just tried to copy ONE verse and a paragraph ... 300 character limit "booted" me off... Could not even copy/ paste one paragraph to send to a friend!! Is this some kind of sick joke?!? Please fix this feature. I love the devotional, BUT, regret buying it.... Loved the original version. Loathe the update(s)!!

I enjoy having the digital readings because of convenience over carrying a books but very frustrated with the update because I cant toggle back a week or ahead. Didnt I pay for the whole year? So why cant I access it?

Why remove the ability to scroll back? Do you assume the reader never misses a day? Please put this back. I have the book but having the daily scriptures right there is why I bought this app.

I love this app - it starts my worship each morning by helping me focus in on its special message each day. I find it coming back to me throughout the day as He draws me close. I cannot help but feel His love over and over again via this wonderful app.
